Fully bleached Pulps from our Coastal Mills
Coastal BC NBSK - From our Howe Sound
mill,
HS100 - a well balanced,
western hemlock based pulp with high tear and a good
tensile strength, widely used in printing and writing
grades to reinforce weaker furnishes.
HS200 - a high tear
blend of Douglas fir and hemlock, offering excellent
bulk and an open porous sheet.
HS300 - a pulp with
a balanced set of strength properties, ideal for fine
paper making, produced from pure hemlock.
HS400 - a unique blend
of cedar and interior spruce/pine, ideal for tissue
and for reinforcing coated mechanical printing papers.
HS440 - a special blend
of cedar and hemlock. This grade was developed especially
with needs of coated or uncoated mechanical printing
papers in mind.
HS700 - a pulp produced
entirely from interior spruce, pine and balsam fir (SPF).
This pulp is widely used in paper grades requiring excellent
tear and tensile strengths.
